Katsudon cocoy style

alam naman natin ng napaka hirap mag hanap ng japanese ingredient diba.

kailangan mo pang magpunta sa malls at special japanese store

eto na ang katsudon version ko

Ingredients

Pork tonkatsu 4 pcs(yung pre prepared na marami nito sa SM grocery parang 10 per piece)
1 Onion white  slice thin 
5 Tbsp     Kimoman soy sauce (plss wag substitute ng local na toyo)
3 Tbsp     Mirin  (marami nito sa mall kaso basahin ng maigi ang label dahil baka mali ang mabili nyo)
1 tbsp     sugar
1/2 chicken cubes dissolve in 1 and 1/4 cup water (chicken broth)
4  eggs (beaten)
Onion leeks for ganish (optional)

deep fry pork tonkatsu until golden brown put in paper towel para ma soak yung mantika
in a sauce pan heat the chicken broth the add the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and half of the onion,
pag translucent na ang onions add the tontakso in the sauce mixture simmer for 2 mins, then add the beaten egg half of the onion and thinly sliced onionleeks, cover the lid then pag luto na yung egg, pede na kumain.
